Membership Renewal and Player Registration
We have changed our approach to Family Membership – this season, all youth registrations (from Tiny Reds to u18s) will be made through a discounted Family package system. Parents / guardians of all youth players will be included at no additional cost.
All other adults should register as Individual Members.
The annual membership fee may be paid in total upfront or in 10 monthly instalments at the rates shown. Please note that the monthly payment option represents a commitment to pay the full 10 months.
All existing members, including Life members and Honorary Life members, need to register for their season’s membership through ClubForce. We are hoping to introduce member benefits and discounts this season, including bar discounts, but they will only be valid for ClubForce registered members.
Clubforce Connect
Our membership partner is Clubforce and their App is Clubforce Connect. Most members should be familiar with Clubforce, as they have been our partner for the last few years. Using Clubforce Connect greatly simplifies our admin process and significantly reduces volunteer effort, allowing us to focus on rugby matters.
If you don’t have the Clubforce Connect App you can download it from either the Apple or Android stores.
Hardship cases are eligible for discount if approved by the Board on application through either the Development Officer or a Board member.
The Process
Before you start, look at the list to work out your membership category – it’s much easier to find on the ClubForce App once you know what you’re looking for!
This season all youth players will be registered through Family plans – see “Family Membership” section below.
All adults, with no youth players, will be registered through Individual Adult plans see “Individual Adults” section below.
Individual Adults
For individual adults it couldn’t be easier. Firstly select your membership category from the list.
Then add your personal details before heading to the cart to pay. At checkout you’ll be given the option of joining our Lotto – this year we will be introducing spot prizes to pay back 50% of the profits in prizes. This is in addition to the jackpot prize, which is currently sitting at £1,640 and rising every week!
Family Membership
The process for families is straightforward:
First select two Family (Adult) memberships from the list.
Next select membership plans for all the youth players in your family.
Here is an example of a family with two adults, one Girl Red (secondary school age), one Wee Red Micro and one pre-school Tiny Red. You will see that the adults are enrolled at zero cost, the first youth player at full rate and subsequent youth players with a £5 per month discount off the membership rate.
Select each membership plan in turn to add in the details, before moving to the cart to check out. You can pay as a single membership payment, or select a 10 monthly payment plan (at no extra cost) – but remember it will run for a 10 month period from the date of renewal.

Strength and Conditioning
Only read this if your youth player is in the u15, u16 or u18 age group
All youth players in these age groups will be given the opportunity to enrol for additional strength and conditioning training, run by a fully accredited trainer. Your age group lead coach will explain more. There are three options and’ regardless of which option is chosen, the youth player will still be treated by the coaches as a full member of the squad. The additional training is purely for the benefit of the individual:
Full membership –
Full PERF 1 – one S&C session per week for the season
Full PERF 2 – two S&C sessions per week for the season
Rugby Club Lotto
Before checkout you will be offered an opportunity to join our Lotto scheme. The jackpot prize currently sits at £1,640. This year we will be introducing a monthly spot prize draw, with 50% of the profits up for prizes. The more who participate, the bigger the spot prizes.

Club Merchandise
This link takes you to our Club Merchandise / Macron shop, where you can order items direct. The only item not available online, as it has to be ordered in bulk from Italy, is the Club’s replica shirt. You can order the reversible strip by completing this order form by Friday 28 August at 5pm.
