After the heavy rain and wind of Storm Babet, the sun came out over Mains park for the visit of Dunfermline. We’ve had a number of good games against the Fifers over the last year and this was another enthralling contest.
Dunfermline had enough players for two teams so it was a good morning’s work for the Reds – sausage rolls/macaroni pies were thoroughly deserved.
Both teams are really improving with the ball in hand and Linlithgow’s focus on getting the ball wide really paid off. The Reds claimed a draw and a victory from the two games, but Dunfermline head back to the Kingdom delighted with some fantastic attacking rugby.
