YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!!!!
As with previous years, a lot more help is needed in the final stages of preparation and on the actual night itself and we are looking for help with the following:

Set up of ITC for additional Bar facility – to lay the floor on Thursday 2 November.

On the Night:

– First Aiders – we need 5 volunteers to fulfil our licence requirement
– Stewards
– BBQ / gopher
– Coffee / Tea & Hot Chocolate Team
– Glow Toy Team
– Tuck Shop Team
– Clear up crews – remember we may have games the following day!

Lots of opportunities to help!
