Sunday saw the S1 team take their first step into senior rugby with a preseason friendly at home against West of Scotland.

With only two training sessions under their belt the boys started slowly but built in confidence throughout the game showcasing some strong defence, combined with attacking flair scoring a number of excellent team tries.

Overall a very close contest with Linlithgow in the end winning 46 – 36.

Prior to the start of the game the team were presented with club ties by club captain Jack Frame to welcome them into senior rugby.
